Spectra479

Pros

• Clips over your existing prescription glasses or readers with a spring clip at the bridge
• Deep orange Nighttime lens rather than a faint yellow computer-glasses tint
• Comes with a hard case and costs less than most sleep-branded pairs

Cons

• Flat clip-on gives no side coverage, so light can reach your eyes from the edges
• No full published transmission curve like Ra Optics provides
